Often people get very stressed when faced with this. It could be different to this, you know. With some simple steps you can start enjoying life again. Sometimes all it takes is a basic time management principle to make things easier for you. Pick one thing that you have been putting off doing and decide to just work on it for a couple of minutes now. Decide now that you’ll come back to this tip and keep repeating it.
