I have not been able to lose the weight that I gained with my last baby and I wasn’t sure why. I had no trouble with the first two but this one was giving me some trouble. Well my sister suggested that I go on a meal plan that she was on called Medifast. I thought well I really don’t have anything to lose so I took her advice and started the plan. Coupled with my current exercise program I lost the weight faster than I ever would have hoped and I am keeping it off with no problem what soever.
