Get Your Body Ready For Swimsuit Season
Sunday, May 31st, 2009Now that spring is here, it’s time to get ready to wear your swimsuit again. If you’re like me, you dread this moment and in a fit of panic start working out extra hard and watching your diet.
What I learned recently is that I don’t need to work out 6 days a week to get a swimsuit body. A new program called Fit Yummy Mummy has had excellent success by only working out 3 days a week. These workouts are intense, short and extremely effective.
