I just started working at this very professional Italian restaurant and a lot of the chefs have given me really good tips on how to be great. They told me that at this restaurant, it is not that uncommon for guests to come and compliment the chef. With both the chefs help and culinary schools programs help I have given many examples of how to graciously accept good compliments and positive and negative criticism. I hope that I can do the restaurant justice and make everyone that works there really proud that I am working there. I have been there a month and have nothing but good compliments so far.
