Many people when they get to the top do not care about those who work under them. They are rude and mean and just plain horrible people. What happened to respect? Was there ever any at all or is there just the one or two times we find the winner of a boss over us a nice guy? Well, in my 51 years I have had 3 nice bosses. And probably 20 or more jobs. That pretty much sucks if you ask me. Why can’t they make them get some type of executive coaching? I cannot figure out why they think this brings them greatness, because they stink.
