Their are jobs out there that are pretty hard to get into. You have to have all the credentials of a college graduate and the experience of a seasoned professional. I discovered however that their is a back door way in that can give you some advanced notices about how the internal hiring process works. You can take an internship and if you do an amazing job and have the right qualifications you could get in ahead of people just applying the old fashioned way. The beauty of this is also that you get to work their and feel the place out.
