There are certain characteristics that determine whether a Pr Agency achieves its entire obligation or not. And as can be expected effectiveness obviously lead to growth and recognition of the firm in question which is the goal of majority of the Pr firms. Therefore the staffs of any Pr Agency who are its face or ambassadors to the outside world need to be presentable, focused and creative in ways that impact positively the bottom line. Communication being fountain that waters these firms’ success should also be effectively employed all round i.e. from the firm to the market/clients and vice versa.
