In school and occasionally with work you will need to take a lot of notes and the easiest way to keep them all organized is through using a flatbed scanner. All you need to do is scan your notes onto your computer and then save them in chronological order or by topic and they will all be organized in one place. In addition to the great organization that comes from using a flatbed scanner to scan your notes onto your computer is the fact that the notes cannot get lost or damaged like the physical copy because they are saved on your computer.
