Being on time, good productivity and honesty go hand in hand when it comes to employees value to a company. Keeping track of all these matters are possible when a good time and attendance system is in place. With such a system the proof will come so much easier. Documentation proves employees initiative and can be used as a proof if it should come to employee raises. A good system would be easy and less time consuming than other systems. Supervisors have a lot more that they can do to praise employees when documentation is available. Risking the loss of valuable employees in not recommended.
