Final FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials have been published

Consumer advocacy groups welcomed them with open arms, while freedom-of-speechers and some online marketing companies seemed a bit shocked and even disturbed at how broad the new guidelines are and how much more reach and power they potentially give the FTC.
