It is hard to believe that I am only 33 years old because my body already feels so old! I have bone and joint pain in both of my hips. Doctors have performed a scope on my right hip and removed 40 percent of the front cartilage.  Now my left hip is hurting all the time and I think I will need another surgery.  My condition is called hip displasia which means I don’t have enough cartilage covering the femoral head, leading to the bones knocking together when the joint is flexed.  Hip replacements are definitely part of my future!
