If it is possible to loose weight in four weeks then I have just seen the plan that can do it. I have confidence in it for two reasons. The first is that it is part of the “dummies” series of how to books and they have always been effective. The second is that it seems to make sense. Burn fat 4 dummies says that instead of eliminating calories they are shifted to areas that will do the body more good. I do not know where the chocolate cake will do more good but have a strong feeling that it is not going to be in me.
