A lot of the workout plans I see being promoted require you to workout at the gym. I don’t have a gym membership. I can’t afford one, and besides, I have two little kids I need to keep an eye on so I don’t have time to go to a gym. I want to work out from home. Someone recently told me that the Turbulence Training workout by Craig Ballantyne was really good, so I am wondering if I can do this workout from home. That would be perfect, since it seems like it is short enough to fit in while the kids are napping.
