Criticism and frequent pressure can cause panic attacks frequently. To cure panic attacks, don’t subject yourself to frequent criticisms and pressures. In today’s time office politics, deadline pressures and back biting are becoming a common part of work practices. To relive yourself from it, don’t let it hamper your head. Just believe in a simple practice- what happens during work should be left at workplace. Don’t get swayed by your bosses’ criticism. Try to develop a healthy working relationship with everyone. Remember that tension, stress and anxiety lead to panic attack. So, don’t let them come close to you.
