Now that spring is here, it’s time to get ready to wear your swimsuit again. If you’re like me, you dread this moment and in a fit of panic start working out extra hard and watching your diet.
What I learned recently is that I don’t need to work out 6 days a week to get a swimsuit body. A new program called Fit Yummy Mummy has had excellent success by only working out 3 days a week. These workouts are intense, short and extremely effective.
