So a few days ago I got a doorway pull up bar mount, and I have to say it has been awesome so far. I worked out about 20 pull ups and chin ups when I first got it, and was just a little sore for a few days. Still, I’m going to keep using it until I can do 5 sets of 20 pullups. I’m going to have the best biceps and back muscles on the planet. I’m going to have to take a hot bath though, especially now. I’m a little sore. It’s just going to get easier with time though, so I can’t wait!
