Low calorie diets can help you in your weight loss journey but they are not always well used. Your body needs calories but it needs a particular type of them. Cutting all of the calories from your diet is a killer and will actually cause you to gain more weight then anything else. You need to study this stuff a little before you just jump right in. There is something called calorie shifting but I don’t have enough space to write about it here. You may want to look into it a little more if you are really serious about this whole journey you have chosen to embark upon.
