After you write down your plans, placed the paper in a place you always see or visit so you’ll always have a reminder. Once you begin your abs workout program, keep an exercise journal and jot down your routine and activities for the day. Doing this on a regular basis will keep you on track and encourage you to stay on track for the duration of your program.While keeping a journal can be helpful enough, keeping a photo album with pictures of your development can further boost your determination. Take a picture of you before you started your program and continue taking pictures of you every two weeks since you started working out. In time, you’ll be happy and satisfied with the results of your abs exercise.
