One of my favorite things to eat to help fill me up is fruit salad. The good thing about fruit salad is that it tastes great, and is really healthy for you. There is actually a lot of water in fruit as well, which makes it fill you up for not a lot of calories. If you start with a salad or fruit salad before eating a meal, you won’t be as hungry for the more fattening things that come after the salad. And there are endless variations of fruit salad, so many different fruits that can be mixed in all sorts of combinations!
