You should try to do exercises that work each muscle group of the body. A few of these exercises are seated rows, lunges, abdominal crunches or workouts, and hanging leg raises.  If you don’t know what any of these workouts are, that is ok, you need to go to exercises for a flatter tummy to get more details.   These exercises will work the upper, mid section and lower body.
