Recently there is a buzz about the benefits of mangosteen juice. As a result, several studies have been conducted to investigate the claims. On the other hand, it was also found that the juice, made of the whole mangosteen fruit, contains a lot of antioxidants called xanthones. These xanthones are the main source of the benefits of mangosteen juice. They can boost the immune system, help with the healing process, and help to cure various diseases including Alzheimer’s, heart disease, and different infection problems. All research is still preliminary, only time will tell the true capabilities of mangosteen juice.
