Water coolers can be a huge asset to a business, but they must be properly cleaned and maintained to ensure they provide safe drinking water.  All water coolers can be easily disassembled.  Following the manufacturers instructions, disassemble the unit and clean all of the parts.  All parts should be cleaned in a bleach-water solution (10 percent bleach, 90 percent water), then be allowed to dry completely. Once dried, the water cooler can be reassembled and is ready for use again.  Complete sanitation is key for maintain safe, healthy drinking water, and should be performed at least once a month.
