Perhaps the most essential thing that must be taken into consideration when cooking pertains to nutrients. Especially nowadays that we are aware of its effects to one’s health. Our goal to promote healthy lifestyle brought us to find ways to establish health cooking guide and some are presented below:

-Decrease the amount of calories you eat daily by simply switching to low fat milk. Drink water instead of sodas. Choose to use the low fat version of any food if it exists.

-Keep fats to a minimum. Choose skinless chicken breasts. Eat more fish, which is high in protein, low in fats and loaded with omega 3 fatty acids. Buy lean meat cuts.

-Avoid using oils and butter as lubricants. Use Non-stick cookware to reduce the need for cooking oil. Use spray oil instead.
