I have a good friend who’s been a new-home builder for many years.
Since I’ve been in the supply side of the new-home construction industry for a few years myself, I have an appreciation for the fine quality of home he builds.
In fact, I’ve often told my wife that if we were to have a home built, he’d be the man for the job.
In driving through his neck of the woods last week, I decided to stop by just to see what his latest project was.
I was shocked (and later greatly impressed) by what he told me.
“I’ve been contracted to assemble Modular Homes for a company out east, he said, these are some of the tightest, best-built homes I’ve ever seen,” he added.
That made a believer out of me.
