My husband and I both make great money in our careers and have been able to save quite a bit. We have always been interested in buying properties. We finally did some research and found that we have the financial means to invest. We looked at many different properties but did not feel confident in the locations. We both finally decided to purchase a Sunshine Coast investment property and can I say it has been a success! We are currently renting it out a nice family and are considering buying another property in the exact same location in the near future.
