I messed up. I should not have done what I did that upset her so badly. She was just trying to help me. I should not have yelled.  I should have given us time to cool off. Instead I said more things that I should not have.  I hurt her.  Now I am looking for ways to get my ex back.  She is the love of my life and I need her.  I am going to start by sending her flowers.  I hope that she likes them.  I should deliver them myself so that we can talk things through.  I need her.
