The Grand Canyon National Park is one of the oldest parks in the USA and is well known for the awesome Grand Canyon. This canyon consists of two Rims, namely the North Rim and the South Rim. There a many places from where visitors can experience breathtaking scenery and one of them is Grand Canyon Mohave Point. This popular viewing point is situated on the South Rim which is on the Arizona side of the canyon.Mohave Point offers spectacular scenery of canyon features and the Colorado River. A visitor can see the Abyss, the grey colored Dana Butte as well as the 5000 foot high Cheops Pyramid located behind the butte. The white water rapids close to the end part of Monument Creek, called Granite and Boucher Rapids, are also very visible from Mohave Point.
