Life is constantly improving.  With the onset of technology, you will expect miraculous changes.  Before Hearing Impaired Phones were not even possible. Now, it has become a basic feature in the house whether you have a senior citizen in your house or not.  These phones come with different features such as the vibrating feature, phones that light up, phones that you can control the volume to a couple of decibles higher or lower.  Phones that have text messaging features. My brother has a phone just like a hearing impaired one and he is only in 3rd year high school.  I wonder if he has hearing impediment.
