New Jersey has a reputation of not being one of the prettiest places in the world. That reputation I have never understood. I think it goes back to the 1970’s when there were a number of trouble toxic waste dumps that received national attention. I have lived in New Jersey my entire life and I think NJ is beautiful place to earn a living. Just last month a New Jersey probate attorney gave me a listing on an office complex he had to sell to settle an estate. I just received by first offer and it was for over $8.2 million. I told you that there were a lot of beautiful things in NJ this was one of them.
