In the traditional way, we were said that crunches and pull ups are a good way to get rid of belly fat. But the reality is that these classic exercises don’t do much at all for getting rid of belly fat. They are great to strengthen your abs after you have already built a great looking abs set. But they will not help you get rid of the fat layer that covers your abs right now and prevents them from showing up in the first place! So you can do all the sit ups you want, but your abs are still buried down there.
