Digital Cell Phones with Cameras Are Cheaper than You’d ThinkIf you are walking around with a bare bones phone that doesn’t offer the types of features that you would love to have, it’s probably because you don’t want to spend a lot of money on a nice cell phone.  However, digital cell phones with cameras are often much cheaper than you might expect.  If you are willing to sign a contract, for example, many normally high-priced phones can be had for a very low price, or even for free.  Service providers are willing to do this because they buy the phones for much less than the retail price anyway, and locking up a new customer for a couple of years is a good trade-off for them.
