Direct TV is the more widely known name in satellite television business but that—in no way—means that it is the better option. Both Direct TV and its competitor Dish Network offer very good services and in many cases, the lesser known of the two—Dish Network—can be a better option. In the head to head Dish Network vs Direct TV challenge, Dish Network often comes out on top: providing more content for a lower price. Direct TV may have more advertising and a better PR department, but it seems that Dish Network, overall, has the better product.
