There are all sorts of cool apps out there and most of them seem to be going for free as well. Well the Mapquest Navigator app was touted as a cheaper alternative to turn-by-turn iPhone GPS navigation apps. You may have first noticed it in the app store around last week where it was available for $0.99 initially and 3.99 per month iPhone 3GS Accessories. The $0.99 version was also supposed to be packaged with two weeks of free trial service. According to Mapquest however, they have been forced to remove the two week trial period due to app store restrictions.
