I had the unfortunate experience of having my vehicle pack up on me in the rain one day.  It was bound to happen, but like usual, when you least expect it too.  I phoned my insurance company and they were there in a flash to help me.  Unfortunately my vehicle would not start and my insurance company ended up getting me a car hire.  I was very grateful for the prompt service which I received, especially in today’s times, to have a woman stuck on the side of the road by herself, is never a good idea.
